Scope and publisher

This policy covers the Lexinori iOS app and its keyboard extension, published by YUNCEDRIA TECHNOLOGIES INC. Effective September 22, 2026. Our company privacy notice separately explains the company website and inquiries sent through it.

Text the keyboard can see

When active, the keyboard may receive selected text and limited text around the cursor from iOS. It uses that context locally to recognize calculations and city-time queries, preview saved snippets, count selected text, and carry out editing actions you choose. The context is not a copy of the whole document.

Lexinori does not log, transmit or automatically save this content. Insert, Replace, Delete and other editing operations require an explicit action. When a safe replacement boundary cannot be established, replacement is unavailable.

Temporary work and deliberate saves

Calculations, subtotals, undo state, text-count previews and unsaved text previews are held in memory and cleared when the keyboard session ends or the text field changes. The text counter saves only its counting unit and limit, not the selected passage. Drawings and animation frames are temporary until you explicitly copy them.

Notes are stored only when you confirm Save note. They stay in the keyboard extension’s private device storage, which the containing app does not read. You can delete notes from the keyboard; the last deletion remains temporarily undoable within that notes session. Uninstalling the app removes its local data, but any existing device backups are managed separately by iOS and your backup settings. Lexinori offers no cloud account, sync or backup service.

Settings and formulas

The app stores formula presets and preferences locally and uses the configured App Group to make shared settings available to the keyboard where iOS permits. The keyboard can also store its own preferences and a short list of recently used built-in symbols. It does not save arbitrary host text as symbol history. Unavailable configuration falls back to defaults.

Clipboard and copied images

The keyboard reads clipboard text only when you tap Paste. It has no clipboard listener, automatic polling or clipboard history. Clipboard access can require Full Access and a separate iOS paste permission. Reading presents a preview; saving requires confirmation.

Explicit copy actions place their result on the system clipboard, where another app may read it under iOS rules. Copied sketches and animations are marked device-local with a five-minute expiration. Other clipboard content can follow system clipboard and Universal Clipboard settings. Once you paste or send content in another app, that app controls its processing and retention.

Optional Full Access

Allow Full Access expands the keyboard’s sandbox, including the capability to access a network and shared resources. Lexinori does not use it to upload keyboard content or contact an online processing provider. Calculation, city-time lookup and private notes do not depend on network access. You may revoke Full Access in iOS Settings at any time; clipboard-related actions may then be unavailable.

Collection, sharing and diagnostics

The app and extension contain no analytics, advertising, tracking or third-party crash-reporting SDK. They do not send selected text, calculations, notes, drawings, clipboard content or device identifiers to us. We do not sell this data. Apple may separately collect diagnostics or TestFlight feedback according to your Apple settings and Apple’s policies; feedback you deliberately send can include screenshots or other details.

Support and website visits

If you contact us, we receive the email address, message and any attachments you choose to provide. We use them to answer the request and maintain necessary support, security and business records. Please avoid sending sensitive text when it is not needed.

Opening support or privacy links visits a website outside the keyboard. Website hosting and email providers process the information needed to deliver those services. Our website uses Cloudflare. Support records are kept for as long as reasonably necessary for the request and applicable security or legal needs. Contact [email protected] to request access, correction or deletion of support information; required records may need to be retained.

Your choices and policy updates

You control saved notes, shared formulas, keyboard permissions, copy actions and what you send to support. We cannot retrieve or delete a local note remotely because it is not uploaded to us. This app does not require registration and does not knowingly collect children’s personal information through an account or online feature.
