About this policy
This policy applies to the Heightly app for iPhone, provided by YUNCEDRIA TECHNOLOGIES INC. (“Yuncedria”, “we”, or “us”).
Data we collect
None through the app. Heightly does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal information, camera frames, depth data, measurements, photos, 3D models, device identifiers, usage analytics, or crash analytics with Yuncedria or third parties.
The app has no account system, advertising SDK, analytics SDK, or app backend.
Camera and LiDAR
Heightly uses the rear camera, LiDAR depth, ARKit, Vision, and other Apple system frameworks to identify a selected person or object, map nearby surfaces, estimate height, and build 3D models. This processing occurs on your device. Camera frames and depth data are not uploaded to Yuncedria.
Local storage and deletion
If you save a result, Heightly stores the measurement, frozen snapshot, history details, preferences, and any completed USDZ model locally in the app’s storage on your device. You control the history limit and can delete one record, multiple records, or the app itself to remove locally stored app data.
Sharing and export
Heightly uses Apple’s system share sheet when you choose to share a 3D model or other supported result. The destination and recipient are chosen by you. Once you share or export a file, the receiving app or service handles it under its own privacy terms.
Permissions and Apple services
Camera access is required for live measurement and 3D scanning. You can change camera permission in iOS Settings. Apple’s operating-system services provide camera access, ARKit, Vision, Object Capture, Quick Look, and sharing under Apple’s terms and your device settings.
Support messages
If you email us for support, we receive the information you choose to include and use it to answer your request. Support email is separate from app operation. Please do not send private camera images, measurements, or 3D files unless they are necessary for your request.
Children
Heightly is a general-audience utility and does not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other users through the app. Family and child height records remain on the device unless the user deliberately shares or exports them.
Changes
We may update this policy if Heightly or our practices change. The effective date above identifies the latest version. A material change to data handling will be reflected here and in the App Store privacy disclosure.
